ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS

In this session Dr. Sue Johnson will focus on key change events in EFIT – Emotionally Focused Therapy. We'll explore how to help our clients find new levels of engagement with frightening, alien and unacceptable emotions to establish a new sense of balance, an ability to make coherent sense of experience and clinical problems, and a more secure sense of self. We will also discuss the EFIT model and the EFT Tango, including watching a piece of a Stage 1 therapy session followed by Q&A.
