ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a proven effective approach to couples treatment that prioritizes the repair of attachment bonds. This workshop introduces EFIT, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, which centers on helping individual clients shape a robust and resilient sense of self, able to resolve life-defining traumas. As in EFT for couples, attachment science offers the EFIT model a map that simplifies how we frame clients’ problems and shape their journey toward wholeness.

In this Master Class with Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy, you'll learn how to use the map provided by attachment science to tune into your most complex client and take them into and through their vulnerability to a state of balance and an expanded sense of self. Exercises and video of sessions will be part of this experience.
