ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS

Join us in this Master Class for meditation and awakening to our essential nature that incorporates both the changeless essence that we are, that embraces the changing.

The essence of meditation reveals what is already and always whole, healthy and complete about yourself. This is the starting place of true meditation rather than a future goal to attain. Indestructible wholeness and its essential qualities, including unbreakable peace, compassion and well-being, exist innately within us. When we don’t recognize our wholeness, we always feel that something’s amiss in our lives, which arises to help us reorient to and re-embody our essential wholeness that we have lost touch with.

Open to all, with no prior meditative experience necessary, this Master Class engages you in five direct inquiries that have been handed down through the ancient teachings of meditation, which enable you to recognize your essential wholeness, and provide you with the ground from which you can weather every challenging circumstance that life inevitably brings to your table.
