Dynamic Ease: A Somatic Exploration of Movement

THIS IS CLASS ONE IN A SERIES OF FOUR   |   60 MINUTES LONG
THE RECORDED CLASS IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL EMBODIED YOGA MEMBERS

9am PDT (Los Angeles) / 12pm EDT (New York) / 5pm GMT (London) / 6pm CET (Paris) / 2am AEST (Sydney)

Join Isabella dos Santos in a series of 4 dives into the exploration of fluid movement, connecting with the yes and no in your body, the likes and dislikes, giving time to sense it and playfully address it.

During these 4 sessions you will slow down to actually speed up your awareness and alertness of sensory input, opening the door for authentic movement, breath, sound and stillness.

Each gathering will be 60-minutes long, giving space for personal exploration and free movement as well as guided practice. There will be verbal and sound/music cues, but the space of exploration is yours. Sessions will encompass a mix of movement on and off the mat to unleash and enhance your potential to live a healthy and meaningful life by engaging your senses and listening to your body. The course is suitable for beginners as well as experienced movers.

In this first session (of four), we will focus on grounding through feet, and the connection of movement in the ankles, knees, hips and the lower back.

All Embodied Yoga Members automatically receive the recorded video.
